Coverage that does not announce itself

Tile roofs, deep eaves, stucco, mature landscaping, and design review expectations all limit where hardware can go and what it can look like. A camera bolted to the front elevation of a Spanish Colonial house is not an acceptable outcome even when the angle is correct.

The work is finding positions that hold the identification angle while sitting in soffits, under eaves, on outbuildings, and along approach paths, with cable concealed and housings in colors that disappear against the surface. Where a position genuinely cannot be made discreet, we say so on the walkthrough rather than after installing it.

Privacy is a design requirement, not a policy page

Footage records to hardware at the property. It is not uploaded to a vendor cloud, not retained by a third party, and not processed by anyone else's analytics. Remote viewing is encrypted directly to the devices you authorize.

That distinction matters more here than almost anywhere. A subscription camera service means video of your household sitting on someone else's infrastructure under someone else's access controls and retention policy. Local recording removes that entirely, and it removes the monthly bill along with it.

Access is granted per person and revoked per person, with a log of who viewed what. Household staff, property managers, and family members do not all share one login.

Salt air, coastal exposure, and equipment that lasts

Properties near the water go through cameras. Salt air corrodes cheap housings, seizes adjustment hardware, and works into connectors until a camera that was fine in year one fills with moisture in year three.

Coastal positions get properly rated housings, marine-grade mounting hardware, sealed and shielded connections, and drip loops that are actually installed rather than assumed. It costs slightly more at install and avoids replacing the same three cameras repeatedly.
