Who we are

What we collect

When you request a walkthrough or otherwise contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, package interest, and any details you choose to include about your property or situation. Phone calls and SMS to our business number may appear in our call history like any other small business line.

This website does not run a customer account system, shopping cart, or payment form. Payment details, if ever needed, are handled off-site through normal business channels, not stored on this domain.

How contact form data is handled

The walkthrough form opens your own email application with a pre-filled message (mailto). The message is sent from your device to us. We do not host a form backend on this site, and we do not store form submissions in a web database here.

Once we receive a message or call, we use that information only to respond, schedule a walkthrough, prepare a coverage plan, and follow up on work you request.

Hosting and technical logs

This site is served through Cloudflare. Like most hosts and CDNs, Cloudflare may process standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps, and similar) for security, caching, and reliability. We do not use that data for advertising profiles.

Analytics and cookies

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. If privacy-friendly analytics are added later, they will be limited to aggregate traffic measurement and will not be used to sell personal information.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent lead lists. We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing lists. Service documentation (coverage plans, system credentials, access logs) created during an install is treated as customer operational data and is shared only as needed to perform the work you hired us for.

Retention

Inquiry emails and call notes are kept as long as they are useful for the conversation and any related project, then removed or archived in the ordinary course of business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete inquiry details that are not required for active work or legal retention.

Your choices

You can contact us at any time to update or delete personal information we hold from a web or phone inquiry, subject to records we must keep for active projects, warranties, or legal obligations. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; because we do not sell personal information and operate as a small local service business, most requests are handled by simply emailing or calling us.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you are aware of the revised policy.
